DOCO (Downtown Commons) is heating up the season with a lineup of summer events, limited-time promotions, and community activations perfect for locals and visitors alike. From rooftop cocktails and culinary experiences to markets, games, and live entertainment, DOCO is the place to be all summer long.
Whether you’re shopping, sipping, or savoring, here’s what’s on deck at Sacramento’s premier outdoor destination:
- Revival at The Sawyer – New Summer Cocktail Menu: Enjoy a seasonal selection of refreshing cocktails like the Melon Drop, Isla Bonita, and Paradise on Sacramento’s most scenic rooftop bar. Plus, don’t miss the return of Tiki Thursdays, with lite bites, new cocktails, live DJs and tropical vibes from 6-10 p.m. through September.
- Punch Bowl Social – Unlimited Play (now through September 1): Play all day, Monday through Fridays until 4 p.m. for just $19.99. Enjoy unlimited bowling, karaoke, and more – plus receive a $10 arcade card. Walk-in only.
- Willow x Caymus Vineyards Wine Dinner (June 18): Experience a chef-curated, seven-course dinner at Willow Restaurant & Bar*, paired with world-class wines from Napa Valley’s Caymus Vineyards. Must be 21+. Reservations via OpenTable.
- DOCO Summer Makers Market (June 21, 11 a.m.-4 p.m.): Shop handcrafted goods from local makers and artisans including Wonder in Bloom, Alibee Skincare, and Angie’s Summer Blooms, at this vibrant open-air market, presented in partnership with River City Marketplace. Lively DJ music and unique finds await!
- Paella on the Patio at Clayton Club* (June 22, Noon-3 p.m.): Savor authentic Valencian paella, Spanish wines, and house-made sangria on the rooftop at the Hyatt Centric’s Clayton Club. Includes appetizers and three drinks. Limited reservationsvia OpenTable.
- Trophy Club * – New Summer Cocktail Menu (Debuts July 2): Starting July 2, discover 18 expertly crafted cocktails including the Rhaiquiri, Noir Manhattan, and a cool new frozen drink—perfect for summer nights. Adults 21+ only.
- Taco Tuesdays at Polanco Cantina (Ongoing): Enjoy six taco options at just $5 each –plus June’s featured Shrimp Al Pastor Taco. Specials available all day (except during special events).
- Trivia Nights at Cabana Club (Thursdays at 6 p.m.): Test your knowledge, win prizes, and enjoy craft cocktails and bites at this weekly Thursday trivia night. No reservations needed.
- Everyday Play at Tipsy Putt* (All June): Guests can enjoy Happy Hour on weekdays from 4-6 p.m., Taco Tuesdays with three tacos for $10 and $3 off margaritas, Trivia Wednesdays (7-9 p.m.), Drag Bingo Thursdays (7-9 p.m.), and Boombox Bingo Sundays (7-9 p.m.)
DOCO is an outdoor shopping, dining, and entertainment destination in the heart of downtown Sacramento. Convenient parking is available in DOCO’s central garage with an entrance on J Street between 4th & 5th Streets. Parking validation is available at most DOCO tenants with a purchase. The elevators and escalators take guests up to the plaza’s main level and second level terrace near many of the restaurants, eateries, and retail tenants.
