Sac-Con returns to the Sacramento Scottish Rite Center as a one day event this Sunday, Dec. 8.

Having experimented with Super Sac-Con this past September with a two day event, the event returns to a full day of special guests and activities. No word on whether or not Sac-Con will expand to a two day event however the next gathering will take place on March 2, 2014.

Various activities are scheduled throughout the day including a charity raffle that will benefit local charities. Many of the artists and vendors attending the event will donate prizes. A Sony PS4 is another of the  prizes that can be won by purchasing a $1 raffle ticket.

Comic book, toy, video-game and anime enthusiasts will find an array of collectibles and autographed art and posters for purchase.

Vendors will occupy the main hall and sold out tables at the Small Press Zone will include professional and amateur art. An amateur art contest allows many the opportunity to showcase their talent and view exciting art. The contest gives artists immediate feedback and public exposure.
