The city of Roseville annually holds a 4th of July parade and celebration. The morning parade began at 10 am at the intersection of Riverside, Vernon and Douglas.
A large crowd began to gather along the parade route. Shady spots along the parade route were preferred viewing spots as a large crowd looked for cool areas from which to watch the parade.
The parade ended at Royer Park where guests found free, fun and family activities to participate in.
Families were also treated to performances by some parade participants and a concert by the Capitol Pops Concert Band. Nearly 100 musicians kicked off their performance with “The Star Spangled Banner,” An array of musical performances included “Route 66,” Led Zeppelin’s “Stairway to Heaven,” and many others.
