At-Risk Missing Person
The Sacramento Police Department is asking for the community’s help in locating missing 78-year-old Anh Phan. Anh was last seen Friday, June 14, 2013, at 1:30 p.m., in the area of Vinh Phat Market near Stockton Blvd and Lemon Hill Ave.
Anh suffers from Alzheimer’s and wondered off from the company of a family member who was shopping in the area. Anh has gone missing in the past and is listed as an at-risk-missing person due to his age and ailment.
Anh was last seen on foot wearing a grey shirt, blue jeans and is pictured above.
The Sacramento Police Department urges anyone with information pertaining to this at-risk-missing person to contact the dispatch center at (916) 264-5471.
