Monte Carlo 2010, Fundraising Event for the Youth

Join the Active 20-30 Club of Greater Sacramento No. 1032 as it hosts its fundraising event, Monte Carlo 2010.

The Active 20-30 club, a nonprofit organization, was founded in Sacramento in 1902, and the Greater Sacramento No. 1032 chapter has been helping children since 1940. Members actively participate in events that assist youth.

This night will directly benefit two Sacramento charities, the Sixth Grade Science Alliance and Mustard Seed School.

The Sixth Grade Science Alliance encourages and enables students to participate in science fairs and gain the skills in this field while they attend science camp.

The Mustard Seed School provides alternative education for homeless children, integrating academics, art, faith and service. Both of these charities are supporting youth education.

At the cocktail-attire event will be Monte Carlo gaming, DJ entertainment, raffles, hosted beverages and hors d’oeuvres. Guests must be 21 or older.

The event will be held from 7-11 p.m. Saturday at the Elks Tower Historic Ballroom at 921 11th St. Tickets are $55 at the door or available online at sacwomens2030.org
