I pulled up 10-15 seconds before this crash occured. Had my co worker and I not taken an extra minute or two out of our day this very well could have been him and me. When we pulled over there was 1 other person on the scene and it was the biggest reality check Ive ever had. My friend tried talking to the Dish Network Truck Driver while I frantically like others were calling the police. We waited and prayed for a outcome but unfourtatnly the wrong outcome happened and when the man was pulled out of the car ( In which the Sac Fire Department worked very fast to get him out with a serious of Drills, Saw,s and jaws of life) It seems he passed on. Its been hard to work all day because I cant get this out of my head. I pray tonight for both parties. I wont forget this as long as I live.
