The Unions get it it's the people that don't! The County knew this was coming and they have known for quite sometime. Yet, they did nothing to stop it. They continued to give Schutten his hefty salary. There are no cuts at the very top unless they take them voluntarily. The money ALWAYS comes from those with the least but who do the most work. They are trying to take away 2 days pay a month which reduces vacation, sick and retirement. People ar losing their houses and cars. Many families have both parents working for the County and both of them losing their jobs. Yeah, the Unions get it but the County/State screwed us royal. Not the Union. If we don't take a stand it is only going to get worse.
