It's simple Mr. Merrin. Make the entire particulars of this case with Mr. Hernandez public record. Let the public decide what the truth is. What are you trying to hide? Are you afraid that this "unfortunate" truth will reveal something unfavorable about you? It is interesting how everything you and your attorney spew out is the truth but Mr. Hernandez's statements are "wild exaggerations, if not outright falsehoods". I can see why you won the Sacramento County Bar Assn.'s 'Attorney of the Year' award. I think I would enjoy reading about this case that is sealed at the county records office.
