We need a different source of economic development in this County OTHER than new sprawling housing development if we (Sacramentans) are not to be victims of the boom and bust and boom and bust development economy! They should probably stop with the tattoo parlors too, and perhaps move to encouraging tattoo removal businesses as the "next" generation gets all sleeved-up- they are reaching a saturation point.
