I have lived in Sacramento since 1963. I can't seem to get away from this side of town. I remember walking to the fair when I was very young, learning to drive in the fairgrounds parking lot, and fighting the old tracks embedded in the street driving down Stockton Blvd...Oops, sorry, a wave of nostalgia just knocked me off my chair.

It is the art installation at the county clinic on the corner of Stockton & Broadway. It's the Paul F. Hom Medical Building. I love getting such color right on a main drag.

The boundaries of my 'hood seem to be Stockton Blvd, Broadway, 53rd St, and 14th Ave. I am sure of all but the 53rd St, due to it not being named on the city's neighborhood map. That includes businesses, a retirement community, old and newish homes. I included a garden for good measure.

Jill should have done some research. With some data and anecdotal evidence it would have meant more. Of course, most of both of those would have disproven her argument. It really should have been subjugated to the letters column and cut down.
