You and I don't have the right to hurl insults at your boss or our customers without being fired. Why shouldn't they be held to the same standards as the rest of us? This is not a free speech issue. I would never get away with saying what they said at my place of employment. If they were getting arrested for what they said then it would be a free speech issue.
