I'm not sure neighborhood watch is a very effective method of avoiding criminal behavior in Sacramento. Comunity crime reporting and awareness is very imortant, I just don't think most people today want to be invoved with one another. Sacramento is pretty individualistic. Most neighbors don't know eachother by name.

This sounds like an interesting play, especially with the live violinist...how cool is that?

I highly recommend seeing the Jazz Ensemble at CSUS. Not only is it nice to see these shows every now and then for a change of pace, but it's also very affordable.
