Arguing and debating the number game explains the sole purpose of pursing the RFQ process for what a qualified bidder would pay to privately operate our parking system. After this process we will know what the real, market value of our parking is, and if it puts us in the right position to create thousands of jobs and billions of dollars of local revenue.

Mark, I think you are getting your organization's confused, as well as the make-up of our group. Many of our leadership live in District 4, including myself, so no need to worry there. Also, to disqualify their endorsement of a candidate because they are in the local business community (i.e. builders, design professionals, engineers) is completely off-base.
