Thanks so much Cassidy for the love!! I want to point out that the "Cycle Chic Sundays!" ride are the creation of California Cycle Chic blogger Eva from Huntington Beach. She launched the Cycle Chic Sundays! this year and the ride is being repeated all over the world. You can check the global website to learn more about it at www.cyclechicsundays.com or by clicking in the Cycle Chic Sundays! Global's logo on the right column at www.saccyclechic.com
Thanks David! Hope to see everybody there on Saturday!
Makiko, you are amazing!!!
Hey Jonathan, Thanks for the article! I just want to clarify that there is not going to be street vendors. We're hoping for street performers with no amplified music.
I think you're so right. I haven't being on his bike (mainly because is too big for me and haven't ask if I can try it) but it looks like it will be a fun ride. Where can I test ride one?
I was there and had a blast. It was wonderful to be out on a Second Saturday talking to the community about our sac press. Also had an opportunity to chat with some of the sac press loyal contributors. Thanks Mochii and thanks Bike Kitchen for letting us set up shop during your event!! You Rock!!
Our Pleasure!
This is a fantastic show! I attended the one last year and it had so many talented artist. Thanks 20th St. Gallery for offering this show.
Ok, William, you need a bike. It's the best way to ride in the beautiful city that you love so much!
Makiko, I really enjoy your review. Thanks so much for sharing such an experience. I agree with Jonathan, I felt like I was in the concert hall listening to Angela Hewitt
Appetizers average is $7 and entrees $15 to $20. A bottles of wine $25 to $59 a bottle
I thought it was in Land Park too, but according to them they are in Curtis Park
We live in a nation where we can express our belief, whether political or religious or you name it. Yes, We can! I believe in shopping local and supporting our local entrepreneurs. Steven as a small business owner yourself I am sure you appreciate that. You have the right to support those who you want to support. I applaud the nation that we live in, that afford us the opportunity to have the freedom of choice
Sarah, I believe that the beauty of being on a bike is that it affords us the opportunity to make discoveries like this one. Thanks so much for riding around our town and reporting about its treasures.
I suppose is all a matter of paradigm. To the owners of the bookstore they are doing well. A closer look from your standpoint or mine might tell us that we agree with their assessment or not. But ultimately is how we support our local economy not so much the exact definition of the word thrive.
Good point. Thanks for your input!
Thanks for the correction, William. And my apologies to Land Park.
I love the interior design, especially the clever theme of their bar "Scandal" with all the photographs/drawings of paparazzi taking pictures of scandalous behavior. I have also experience the Grange during lunch time. The service and food were outstanding! I am thrilled that Sacramento has a hotel of the quality of the Citizen Hotel.
Sue thanks so much for this insight. Do you know who to contact in the city to initiate a support for street performers?
