Police Release Composite of Cat Burglar

The Sacramento Police Department is seeking the community's help to identify the attached composite of a Cat Burglar. On January 1, 2010 at 0500 a.m., in the 2700 block of 5th Av, the victim heard her dogs barking in the backyard. She didn't see anything in the backyard and brought her dogs inside the residence. After taking a shower, the victim noticed a door in the kitchen area had been closed when she had previously left it open. She opened the door and discovered the male suspect standing on the other side. The suspect grabbed the victim, she screamed, pushed the suspect away, and ran towards the front door. Police Need Assistance in Locating Missing Man

The Sacramento Police Department is seeking the communities help in locating a missing man. On November 24, 2009, at 4:00 p.m., Maynard Augustine left his home near 25th Avenue and 78th Street. Augustine was driving to the Food Source at 4401 Broadway and surveillance video shows that he made it to the store but it is unknown where he went afterwards. Augustine has no mental or medical problems. Augustine drives a grey 1987 Honda Accord and stays mainly on city streets. Augustine is a male White, 88 years old, 5’5”, 185 lbs, possibly wearing a light blue jacket and slacks.
