Hi My name is John and i live near a neighboor that has numerous cars which he must park on the street since he does not have enough space in his driveway. I was told that there is nothing we can do about it as long as he moves the cars every three days. That is cumbersome to do and the officer does not have the time to continuously cite the same vehicle if the owner moves it 3 feet away from the original spot. But what happens if the vehicles are not insured? I suspect they are not because he could afford to pay insurance for the number of cars he has. Is there a way to find out if the vehicles are insured, and if they are not is there a way to force the individual to obtain insurance for all his cars? Thank you John
