Conversation about: Community members discuss budget, possible school closure
I heard that in the face of the budget crisis all superintendents received an 11% raise last year.... frustrating. Also, how would the superintendents feel and respond if it was their child's school on the chopping block. Are any of them facing the same issue? Why are the children and neighborhoods the first to suffer? They have the smallest say yet are affected the most.
