    <content type="text">Very well put.  Look at that list -- There were so many things wrong, it had to go down, but it's unfortunate that the community had to go through this.  The up side is that it's been very empowering, neighbors got to know neighbors they'd never met and worked together to protect each other -- if TANC transmission or something like it should come back, everyone will know what to do.  It took ALL of this effort, each piece, each person.  Congratulations on a job well done.</content>
