Second Saturday is a great part of the month that all Sacramento residents look forward to. Without these crossing guards, Second Saturday would probably be at fault for not providing safety to all the residents of Sacramento. So, whether the crossing guards are volunteers or actual police, Second Saturday should always be a success.
