I've seen the discrimination the Salvation Army preaches first hand. When a former boyfriend and I were homeless, the Salvation Army insisted we break up before they'd offer assistance. We slept on the street instead and declined to break up as they demanded. Choose a different charity that will help everyone without prejudice.
I would have patronized Plum Blossom a lot more if the place had been clean. If this is the same guy that managed PB, I hope he keeps the place cleaner than it was. I can't stand going to a restaurant that is obviously unkept.
I went to freshii a few times while it was still open. I had no complaints about the food, but the problem was the service. The place was literally EMPTY, yet it still took 30 minutes to get a wrap - and the wrap wasn't even cooked, mind you. Also, the manager on duty was less than enthusiastic about being there, even seemed annoyed we'd consider coming in 45 minutes before closing.
