Dear Officer Michelle Please clarify how th 15 feet is measured. If the Hydrant is 15 feet from the curb and no painted curb. Your previous reply of measuring 90 degrees is confusing. 15 feet is 15 feet and the vehicle handbook for attaining a drivers license says just 15 feet not 90 degrees or otherwise. I would also like to know if the ticking officer carries a tape measure thanks
