First of all, when Tracie was homeless, there was no "SafeGround". SafeGround has housed over 45 people, including a quadraplegic and a double amputee, who had fallen through the "cracks" in the system. SafeGround truly is a bridge from homelessness to permanent housing. We are blessed to have Loaves & Fishes in our community. They are a bright light in a dark time.People who think we should continue to arrest innocent folks that simply have no legal place to be, just confound me. It costs more, a lot more, to arrest and process a person than it would to get them a motel room. Now that's "non-sense".
Mr. Armstrong obviously dosen't know Tracie Rice-Bailey
The new site is so close to old one people won't even have to park differently than they do now. I generally park @ 23rd & J anyway. This is a good example of what's wrong with Sacramento. Slow,slow....and slower. WE NEED OUR CORNERSTONE !!!
Respectfully,John Kraintz IS the Safeground leader. And I will sign my name.G.P.Bailey
