Thanks Kati for providing us the info.

Jack, I am looking forward to bringing the cake to celebrate your birthday. In fact, I am going to bake it myself.

I guess Kati is one of the few people in Sacramento who hasn't heard how Joyce Raley Teel was able to get her money. And we all know it wasn't from efficiently operating a profitable chain of grocery stores back in the early '70s.

I know what Kati shoud do-

copy the following link> http://i.b5z.net/i/u/1350838/f/dad5.wav < and paste it into your browser-

-and everybody should be able to hear why Jack's birthday will be a special event to celebrate out in front of the Crocker Art Museum on October 10, 2010. (The link above will reveal to you what one person was doing in 1974. The link below will reveal to you what another person was doing in 1974)

copy the following link> http://i.b5z.net/i/u/1350838/i/raley_field.jpg < and paste it into your browser-

-to see how the Teel's are paying everybody to get their name on worldly objects. It cost the Teel's $15 million for the naming rights to this project. Anybody who accepts the Teel's money, in my opinion, is exploiting a white-collar crime against our dad that took place here in Sacramento.

Jack, we could use a few additional people to help us distribute the flyers and somebody to help us release the balloons. Maybe Kati will assist us with the balloons.

One additional comment: After personally leaving informational flyers about Charles Nordby and Raley's (numerous times) to all of the local TV news media at their stations (Channel 10; Channel 3; Channel 31; Channel 13; Channel 40) it became very obvious all of the YV news media of Sacramento were going out of their way not to report this story.

Flyers were also distributed to all of the TV news media during Tom Raley's memorial service-downtown Sacramento. Flyers were also distributed to all of the news reporting TV stations camped out across the street from the Sacramento Federal Courthouse during the Ted Kaczynski media circus trial. This story has also been sent to Bill O'Reilly and Tom Sullivan of the Fox News Network and they had no problem closing their eyes to this story.

cogmeyer: Ok, I get it. You won't stop shopping at Raley's-that is your right. Would you shop at a grocery store owned by individuals who robbed a bank many years ago and used that money to open a store? Or how about this: Would you shop at Raley's knowing they are price gouging their honest customers today?

One element of Charles Nordby's profit increasing program was to make sure that when stores were operating efficiently and bringing in good profits, his policy was to make sure prices were lowered so the honest customers would be reaping the benefits of a good operated chain of stores. Look at how Joyce Raley Teel is punishing her honest customers with outrageously high prices.

Go to meijer.com and see how an honest supermarket chain in Michigan (paying union wages) rewards their honest customers with low prices. Meijer is also a privately owned company who doesn't need to cheat their honest customers with high prices.

Attention Raley's shoppers: Keep shopping at Raley's so Joyce Raley Teel can continue to reap all the benefits from Nordby's profit increasing program and make you also help pay for their additional expensive homes in Granite Bay with Raley's high prices.
Your addiction to Raley's high prices also provides the ill-gotten money Joyce needs to lay before the feet of those wearing expensive shoes at the Crocker Art Museum so the fraudulent "Teel" name can be placed on one of its buildings next year.

cogmeyer-this story effects you too if you shop at Raley's. Check your receipt the next time you shop there.

In my opinion it is only a dribble to Raley shills! Maybe Rhys02 should change his screen name to "Raleyshill02." Rhys02-instead of complaining about a compelling true story, dust off your detective talents and try and win the $100,000 being offered in this true story! If you shop in a Raley's store, the next time you walk into one think on this level: Without Charles Nordby, that store you just walked into would have gone bankrupt 36 years ago and wouldn't be called a Raley's today! Although, you probably don't shop in a Raley's store today because you are probably too smart and won't allow yourself to be "priced gouged."

Well, having lots of knowledge about this story, I look at it like that great American movie called "It's a Wonderful Life." I am sure most people are able to recall this movie.

Yes, that great American movie in which James Stewart played George Bailey-an honest hard working man whose Uncle Billy loses $8000 belonging to the business. And how greedy dishonest Mr. Potter found the money, kept the money and didn't return the money to Bailey. Dishonest Potter in his heart wanted to bankrupt Bailey and ruin his life.

Then the movie shows Bailey in suicidal despair willing to throw himself off the bridge until an angel of God appears and shows Bailey how important he was and all the lives he had touched and how their lives might have turned out differently had Bailey not been born. I think everybody knows the story.

Now I have to move from that great American movie to "The Great American Rip-off" article the Sacramento Union newspaper published in October of 1973 highlighting Charles Nordby while he was implementing his profit increasing program at Raley's. Nordby had no idea at the time he would be part of "The Great American Rip-Off" when Collings and Raley's were scheming to rip him off while Nordby was working 18 hours days at Raley's, catching every kind of theft imaginable and turning in reports showing where the Raley's stores were filthy, offering poor customer service and being mismanaged throughout their stores. (My image shows that 1973 article)

Where would the Teel's be today had Charles Nordby not been hired by Raley's in '73? How many more people would Chuck Collings have defrauded had Charles Nordby not shown up at Raley's office door in the summer of 1973? Who would remember Tom Raley's name today had Nordby not cleaned up the tremendous cesspool of theft going on at the time, in all of his mismanaged chain of stores, while Raley was in a tumultuous relationship with second wife Joan? A wife Raley's never wanted to mention in Raley's 1989 history book.

Charles Nordby filed a fraud lawsuit against Chuck Collings, Jim and Joyce Raley Teel and Raley's on November 22, 1994 laying out the scheme in which Collings and Raley's took to entice him to come and work for them. Hey check out the case file and you can see how dishonest Raley's attorney's from the law office of Downey, Brand, Seymour and Rohwer had to be to prevent Nordby from having his day in court. This dishonest law firm, representing Raley's and being Raley's voice in this matter, even had the audacity to claim in their answer to Nordby's 1994 civil complaint that basically Nordby had been harassing Raley's for 20 years.

Sacramento Superior Court case #544344- read the case and you can become the 13th juror. A civil case the dishonest Sacramento Bee newspaper was very much aware of but never, and I mean never, want its readers to know about. Nordby passed away during the appellate process.
