The IFBB (International Feberation of Body Building) and the NPC (National Physique Commitee) held this annaugral Governors Cup competition at Sacramento's very own Crest Theater. Body builders, fitness athletes, bikini athletes came from far and wide on Saturday and put on a competition that lasted all day, the oldest body building competitor was in his 70's.

I am reliably informed K-pop is is a musical genre consisting of Pop, dance, electropop, hip hop, rock, R&B and electronic music originating in South Korea. They were all great performers and thrilled the predominatly Korean audience, although the young men and ladies in the bands originated either from here in the USA or from other parts of Asia.
