Protestors will not be able to be seen, heard or felt as CHP will be patrolling the area and the Festival grounds technically extend about a block outside of the West Steps. Protestors will have to stay off the Festival grounds, and there will be big vans and trucks parked along the border to ensure that this type of hate and disgust is unable to be spread on an otherwise peaceful and community based event.
