Yawn! Bartender 79 is so right on and visualwest needs glasses. It is a Groceries4Less version of Shady Lady! Those cheescake paintings are friggin' awful! I heard the pitch about "getting bands that usually bypass this area" from Aunt Randy years ago and it never happened, and I'm guessing it's not going to happen this time. I wen to Empire once soon after it first opened and swore I'd never go back, and I didn't. It's an old Paragary's trick to give a place a facelift and reopen under another name to get some buzz. Not to shoot the messenger, and I'm not sure how many people read this blog, but it seems to have worked.
