I am interested in the alternative sentencing program in the sense that I read articles that this program is becoming more acceptable and effective now a days. I knew somebody who underwent into this program who testified saying, "I think that this program is great. It helped me a great deal in becoming aware of the faulty areas of my thinking and how to change them. It's a very eye-opening program that gives you the tools to improve yourself, and in turn, improve your life. I think every individual should enroll in a program such as this, even if they haven't had any legal problems." Alongside with this, I support programs of this kind as it usher transformation in our society aside from the economic benefits that it contributes.
