Sacramento should participate in the overall cost of the system because 90 percent of the ridership would have one or both trip ends in Sacramento. That's what the 2007 feasibility study reported.

"Management asked prospective customers to be patient." ha ha ha ha ha. This thing has taken so long to open I think every prospective customer has long since given up on waiting and come to expect nothing.

This makes me proud of us as Americans, and especially proud of Sacramento for consistently being a comunity that embraces and includes. Thank you for sharing it.
