All seven (7) to Nine (9) proposals have hidden costs, which include but are not limited to: 1. Constructing Parking lot 2. Constructing highway and street access 3. Constructing Light Rail access Except for one (1), build on the same lot as the old Arco Arena. We would save millions by going this route. Just keep that in mind as you review the “other proposals” and hear how they intend on covering these three items without passing that cost along to you. Then you must ask yourself, “Why do they think I will let them rip me off?” If I am going to pay more taxes for a new arena, give me good ROI and build it next to the old one.
