Thanks Geoff and Mark. I've emailed an edited version of the article, which I hope you'll post at your convenience. The playwright was in the Capital Stage office when an emailed version of my theater review arrived there, so she was thrilled to be able to read it. Thanks for the front page positioning. Much appreciated. Regards, Sherrie
Sounds like great fun. Thanks.
Thank you for the wonderful story. It is an inspiration. As a hospital chaplain at UCDMC, I appreciate the risk of life this story entails, and the miracle of life saving actions.
Thanks Geoff for the quick edit. I have submitted an edited version to the email address you mentioned. Nice to be aboard.
So far so good. I've been to one of the seminars -- wonderful! -- and just posted my first article, an enthusiastic theater review of "Erratica: An Academic Farce" just starting at Capital Stage. Three things that would help: (1) How to edit something you've "published,' (2) a better sense of how much space you have and have left, perhaps a character counter that declines as you enter copy, and (3) feedback on the format and style of what I've written, and how it might be improved. Perhaps all of these are available, and I'll discover that as I get acquainted with the site. I'd also hope that I'll be notified by email when somebody responds to my article. Doing great, thanks.
Hello, SacPress community. This is my first article -- hooray -- and I don't know how to edit a couple of typing flubs, premier and cast misspelled. I would have liked more room to name the other actors and to say that this play has a four-week run at Capital Stage. We also had enjoyable drinks and snacks at the Tower Bridge Bistro at Embassy Suites Hotel a short walk from the Delta King, and enjoyed jazz played well by composer keyboardist David Bass and a wonderful Asian bass player whose name I didn't catch. Free jazz 7 to 10 pm on Fridays and Saturdays.
Conversation about: A Great Night on the Town in Sacramento
Capital Stage is an award winning theater for being the best in Sacramento. Fine theater and modestly priced tickets. A read find.
