An Arena may finally get some traction since other uses are so challenging to pencil. An Arena here will transform Downtown and the the entire Sacramento Region. Just look at Petco Park in San Diego and San Francisco's AT&T park.
In addition to AECOM, a variety of quality firms have been attracted to the building. Law Firms, IT consulting, environmental consulting and firms seeking regional HQ's have either already committed to locate in 2020 L, or they are in negotiations with the Ownership. 2020 L is strategically linked to public transportation, retail and service amenities, and has great parking. In addition, the building has been completely renovated inside and out. If I was looking for office space in the region, I would definitely consider 2020 L!

It really takes a concept like this to make it happen. If the development team didn't do something extraordinary, it wouldn't draw. this project will draw and be the additional spark K Street needs! As I see it, If D&S Development gets their project off the ground on the south side of the 700 Block, then all that is left to improve is the south side of the 800 block. Petrovich Development has taken care of the north side of the 800 block by completely renovating the historic Hale building (Rite Aid is in the ground floor). Petrovich Development has moved into a portion of the Hale Building, and is looking to lease up additional space. The building is walking distance to the Capitol. Also, Petrovich added parking below the building for the tenants that end up leasing space there. www.Baconcre.com/blog
