I've been waiting since April to hear from the city regarding I protested a ticket due to a malfunctioning kiosk (would not read my credit/debit card). It was clearly broken and I was late for a meeting. I reported the broken meter and then stood in line at City Hall for over an hour to file the protest, as finally directed after telephoning several numbers, all referrals from that last one saying,"You need to talk to this department." Kafka at his very best. Even when one tries to abide by the law, do their part to keep the city on its game (if you are going to charge so much for parking and violations, is it too much to ask that they run this very lucrative business with some sense of the "customer?
