Grange Restaurant’s Executive Chef Michael Tuohy and “Hunter Angler Gardener Cook” food writer Hank Shaw go beak-to-beak this Thursday, Nov. 12, in a chef's challenge benefitting the California Waterfowl Association. Celebrate the bounties of summer at Grange Restaurant with locally grown produce from Suzanne Peabody Ashworth's farm, Del Rio Botanicals. Chef Michael Tuohy and his culinary team will craft the menu with an heirloom tomato tasting featuring Del Rio Farm tomatoes accompanied by local artisan extra virgin olive oils and premium select sea salts followed by a three-course summer-centric lunch.
