Allen Wayne Warren announced his candidacy today for Sacramento City Council, District 2, at a large community gathering held at Carol’s Books in Old North Sacramento. In announcing his run for City Council, Warren was joined by his wife and three children, mother, extended family, and 200 longtime friends and supporters.
