Your excellent and fact filled article should cause us much concern for the police officers and their very livelihoods. Remember that they are also bound to protect, we the people who must be by law and ethics. Without sounding simplistic, surely there must be untapped sources of income in the way of waste and duplication waiting to be discovered in this rich state..Election time may be our time to take action.
