I can't speak about their legal issues but I can tell you my exoerience with Hina's Tea. I really liked the store and the ambience and felt it had a good vibe. I quit going there becuase over a period of 6 months, they could not keep their tea's stocked. They lost business to me because of bad management and I'm sure many other people. I made several trips and left without the tea I wanted, In this economy, if you have someone with cash ready to buy your product, you would think you would monitor your stock carefully enough to insure your product was on hand, When I spoke to them about the issue, they suggested, I order the product ahead of time. If I have to order my product, I am going to do it online and save a a trip to the store. The whole point of a brick and mortar store is so that you don't have to think about it... you go in and buy your product and your done. Even so, I'm sorry to see this shop go as it was an asset to the area.
