I'm concerned about Peck's lack of specificity concerning archival footage. This goes beyond a simple "privacy" issue. What about footage recorded at a public rally or political demonstration? How long is this footage preserved and to what end? It discourages citizens from free expression in public areas and restricts our liberty.

Electronic surveillance erodes the constitutionally-protected freedom of public spaces and does practically nothing to reduce crime. Concerned about cameras? Wear a hat.
