They should do what needs to be done to clear the area... if a major accident happens, extreem measures will be put in place to clear the area of any living birds. Let's not mess around and wait for a tragety to happen.

Yes, these union people are way out of touch... the CA government needs to do some major cutback and from what I have seen, the SEIU has alot of time on their hands with mobs of members walking the Capitol halls. These people don't know how good they got it... if California goes bankrupt, does the state get to renegotiate the contracts?
