Conversation about: PART I - Sacramento City “Green” Waste Proposal Selectively Punishes Central City Residents
As a new resident to downtown Sacramento I would have liked a little more background and explanations about the controversy and the two sides. I don't really understand what the debate is about and would like a little clarification. Is the author upset at the idea of putting yard waste into a Green Bin rather than the street?
