    <content type="text">Hey Che...Wonderbread 5 (whom I love) isn't Irish, nor are they in a park in the middle of Midtown with great restaurants serving delicious food on this GORGEOUS day with a Giant Blow-Up Guiness in the park with a constant stream of Irish bands on the stage...just being real right back atcha...</content>

    <content type="text">It's too bad people can't realize that the economy is in the pits and that Sacramento cannot survive on "bread and circuses".  The Obama Socialist government is too far entrenched for us to survive any recovery.</content>

    <content type="text">In the past 10 years, 12 of 14 new professional arenas have located in their respective downtowns for the same reasons that major museums, performing arts theaters and commercial highrises do.  Because downtown is where it's at.</content>

    <content type="text">If more empty downtown spaces were opened up to innovative uses, like those of the artists, for low rents -- which is more than owners would receive if left vacant -- the area would become a mecca for creative expression and creative reuse of these long dormant buildings -- up to and including the DTPlaza...  &#xD;
&#xD;
Perhaps there's the potential in all of this to aid an evolutionary redevelopment for K Street, and other areas, rather than yet another hyper-planned contrivance just plopped in place and calling it done...</content>
