    <content type="text">When did it become necessary to sustain fluid levels on the way to work or to the store? I realize it has become very fashionable, but it is not necessary. 

Bottled water should be taxed in proportion to its environmental impact, thereby making the cost prohibitive, and reminding people that water flows directly into their homes. Does your water taste funny? Buy a filter.</content>
