Your idea for the mid-size event (hopefully concerts) venue is a great idea and Sacramento is definitely under served for 2500 people shows. However, I only read great identification of problems and not much prose related to solutions. People running for office in our City are great at identifying problems, but the problem is we are lacking people that can bring others together to form solutions, or at least identify some ideas.

The City will lose their shirt on this deal just like they lose their shirt on every deal dealing with anyone from the private sector.
