I, too, wrote before the charter editorial after I saw the editorial in the Bee on Jonas Salk Middle School in the San Juan District, when they said the next installment would be on Sac High. I still literally have stomach pains when I see the illegal use of the name, the school colors, mascot, etc. by those who have NO IDEA what we had at Sac High. Then the powers that be are looking to "improve the arts" in Sacramento schools! REALLY???? They ruined VAPAC in one fell swoop by closing Sac High then not letting VAPAC continue on the site - even as a charter. Seriously. Sacramento has no high school.
