Put the dog feces in a brown paper bag, place it on the front porch of your neighbor, light in on fire and ring the doorbell. Either run like Hell or simply stand there and watch how your neighbor handles the burining bag of dung. As for the officer's response. GREAT advice and anyone thinking it isn't, should have their yard crapped on by law enforcement officers.
