The Developer is a Sacramento business owner who has taken significant risks in downtown Sacramento. The SF tenant is paying market rental rates and is receiving zero subsidy for the project. Entertainment venues on K Street have been a long-standing priority and these locations will be the catalyst for additional retail, housing, hotel etc on K street. I reiterate previous comments, please folks do your homework!!
