The SacPK group has really established themselves as leaders in the community, and as an open, diverse group that is very welcoming to newcomers. Victor and many others there can ensure you get off on the right foot, safely training with proper techniques and controlled progression. There is a great mix of traceurs, methode naturalle practitioners, freerunners and even trickers all training together, so its a great place to get exposed to different movements. I highly recommend meeting up with them and giving it a shot, regardless of sex, age, or abilities. Parkour is about control of your own movements, and finding whats right for your own body and abilities. Jam soon!
