I have been a parent at this school for over seven years and I can tell you why the enrollment is low-they don't treat families right. The majority of the teachers are ok with the exception of a few but the Principal has no idea what she is doing and don't dare bring up any concerns or you will get a major attitude from her. The Principal before her wasn't much better. It could be a great school with higher enrollment if the school had better leadership.
