Well, Sherrie, you did it again! You're an amazing writer about an amazing subject - Katie! I didn't know that Katie was the first China adoptee to come to Sacramento. I was really struck by the picture of her homecoming on 1/2/11, getting to pet her dog for probably the first time in a long time, such a normal everyday thing that we take for granted.
