I've been waiting for something like this- love Cajun food but can't get it too many places. I'll check it out ASAP- hope they can stick with it this time, as after KFC closed Quizno's moved in there but was gone about as soon as the sign went up, then it was "Broadway Wings and Things" which also seemed to have been open for about a day before going under.

I wish someone who cares would buy the Tower Theater and save it from the people who've been ruining it for the past 30+ years! It needs to be de-triplexed and restored to its original large auditorium! I live within biking distance so I'd probably see most movies that played there, but I simply don't go to cut-up theaters!

Let's get a record store back on K Street! That used to be my whole reason for going there- there were THREE for a while, now there's ZERO! "Records" got kicked out of their big K St. building and had to move to Tower Video on Broadway, where it hasn't been the same.

$15.25 is too much to pay to see ANY movie one time. The design of this theater looks horrible too- projectors are mounted IN THE AUDITORIUMS, and the screen pictured is common-width so widescreen movies will look smaller. Their website says they show ads before the movie too. Haven't been to a movie in about 2 years, doesn't look like anyone wants me to go to any more!

I go to these sales every year, but I always think it would be a lot better if Corporate Public Radio would PLAY these records on the air instead of sell them! I hate to give them any financial support since they have TWO stations licensed to Sac State but don't let the students on either of them, and their format is very structured too.
