    <content type="text">Janine Martindale has been a vital part of the Newton Booth Neighborhoods Association.  Groups like ours rely heavily on Neighborhood Services Division reps like her.  I would happily see the Maloofs and their faltering, parasitic business leave if it meant maintaining quality contributors to the community like Janine.</content>

    <content type="text">I wish Sac State would reach out more to the city of Sacramento with their events.  Community subscribers might bring in more revenue for events.  Maybe they do already and I'm just not being reached or not noticing.  Sounds interesting, though.</content>

    <content type="text">To call this a well organized effort is just plain silly.  Truly, even among health care reform advocates, of which I am proudly one, this is a naive and embarrassing protest.  The left doesn't have nearly the mega-funding that the the right wing does, with its corporate support.  And to suggest that a union is even remotely close these days to an insurance company in wealth and power is...actually, come to think of it, just as naive and embarrasing as this protest was.</content>
